Food Growing Neighborhoods: Planning for a Neighborhood Growing System with Daniel Penengo

Food Growing Neighborhoods: Planning for a Neighborhood Growing System with Daniel Penengo In-Person

Join Daniel Penengo of Digging Education on Thursday, September 18 at 6:30 pm for an interactive workshop and opportunity to gather with your neighbors to plan and conceptualize our neighborhood food growing system. We will map our neighborhoods for best growing areas, resources, and shared spaces and learn to grow food together by reimagining boundaries, landscapes, and community.

Because this is a neighborhood based workshop, we encourage you to get together with your neighbors and register to come as a group. We also encourage you to bring a notebook or garden notes. We will have scrap paper and pens available as well as whiteboards.

There are limited spots in this workshop. Please only register if you intend to attend and actively participate.

Free and open to adults.
